1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using Vet n Rescue, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and will use the services in accordance with applicable laws. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Our Services

Vet n Rescue provides an informational platform that may help users discover veterinarians, veterinary clinics, rescue shelters, adoption resources, and related pet-care services. The platform may also provide business or advertising inquiry features.

Features, listings, countries, and availability may change over time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vet n Rescue does not itself provide veterinary treatment, animal rescue, adoption approval, transportation, or emergency services.

3. Pet Health and Emergency Disclaimer

Information displayed through the services is general and informational. Always seek advice directly from a qualified veterinarian regarding an animal’s health or treatment. If an animal may be experiencing an emergency, contact a local veterinary emergency provider or the appropriate local authority immediately.

4. Limited App Licence

Subject to these Terms, Vet n Rescue grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the mobile application for your own lawful, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, bypass security controls, or create derivative works from the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

If you download the app through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store’s terms. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

5. Third-Party Listings and Services

Veterinarians, clinics, shelters, advertisers, maps, websites, and other resources displayed through Vet n Rescue may be operated by independent third parties. A listing does not guarantee endorsement, accreditation, availability, pricing, service quality, or suitability.

You are responsible for verifying a provider’s identity, credentials, policies, fees, availability, and suitability before relying on or engaging with them. Any appointment, adoption, donation, purchase, or other arrangement is solely between you and the relevant third party.

6. Advertising and Business Inquiries

Where the app provides an advertising or business inquiry form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, advertising agreement, service commitment, or other binding commercial relationship. Any commercial arrangement must be separately confirmed in writing.

Our handling of personal information submitted through an inquiry is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with, damage, overload, or disrupt the website, app, servers, or networks
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted functionality
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract content without written permission
• Upload malicious code or use the services to distribute spam
• Impersonate another person, provider, shelter, business, or organization
• Use the services in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Use Vet n Rescue for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized commercial purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The Vet n Rescue name, logo, application, website, design, graphics, software, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to Vet n Rescue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You may not use our branding or content except as necessary for normal use of the services or with prior written permission.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every listing will remain current. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or part of the services at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Vet n Rescue is not responsible for decisions made based on listings or general information, acts or omissions of third-party providers, unavailable services, loss of data, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vet n Rescue, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, misused the platform, or where suspension is necessary to protect users, third parties, or our systems.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Dubai, UAE will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website or made available through the app. Updated Terms become effective when published unless a different date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
